This store is fantastic !!! I was working in the area and stopped in. It has so many products I've never seen in other Stop & Shops. I took my time and walked through each aisle. I saw a clean, bright and wonderfully executed store. Hats off to everyone involved here, a really nice shopping experience.

The store is a bit outdated compared to other stop and shop stores but I do like that it isn’t crowded like some other stores. They have a delivery and pick up available for customers to simplify things more. The store is absolutely clean and spacious.

Arrived at the Teaneck NJ location at exactly 5:43pm on 12/24, store was open until 6:00pm. The manager met myself and another gentleman at the door, put his hand up to his neck and stated "I'm done. You can't enter and will not be permitted in store". I responded by saying the store was open until 6:00pm, but he just kept repeating "I'm done. No. I'm done". I tried to explain that I only needed 1 item, aluminum foil, he said " I don't care I'm done". I understand he wanted to get home to his family but if your store is open until 6:00pm you can't justifiably turn a customer away at 5:43, his rudeness was shameful and uncalled for. I'm disappointed.

Awful. Every time, I shop there they make a pricing mistake, never in your favor, at the checkout. E.G. an item on sale (Cleveland Kraut Kimchi) 2 for $7, they charge me the original price of $6.99 each. Then they can't fix the mistake so you have to go to the service counter where there is no one, so you have to find someone to ask the service counter person to get to her post. Again, they always make a mistake sometimes charging you for something you never bought (once it was balloons!) Always, check you receipt.

Loved the reminder in the parking lot to bring bags into the store. Fine shopping experience, but I discovered a small spot of what I think is mold on fresh cinnamon buns so I threw it in a nearby trash. Oh well, it happens to the best of stores. Everything else was great, fast checkout, etc. I will likely go back.

I have been coming here for 6 years and never had issues up until today in the afternoon, I have purchased 4 pizza doughs and 1 coffee creamer, didn't have a bag, I self-checkout holding everything (in a clear view for everyone) with the receipt and this lady (her name is Carmen) yelled from a distance pointing at the creamer screaming "did you pay for this?" I showed her the receipt, then she clear it without even apologizing. I left the store and my heart was aching, I decided to go back 40 minutes later to report it to the store manager, I've spoken with the assistant manager (Carlos Andino) and he made my experience even worst, his attitude and arrogance were disgusting. Didn't apologize and didn't wanna help but he did confirm that store don't typically stop people. I felt very discriminated and hurt 😞

Great place, it has a lot of things. The only problem is that we went to get garlic bread and they didn't have so we wanted to see if they had in the bakery but nobody was there. It says the bakery closes at 7 but no one was there at 6:30. Besides that one thing it's still a great supermarket.

This is the worst grocery store that I have ever been to. They are consistently out of things, you can’t buy gift cards, unless someone is at the service desk, and they never have enough registers open.
